Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, expired or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item or, in some cases, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item or less weight please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, and we will either send you the correct item or issue a refund.
Unsatisfactory Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We may offer you a return or exchange option, subject to our discretion.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 01955-13-8779. Please provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or reason for dissatisfaction)
- Clear photographs of the issue (If applicable)
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, which may include shipping the item back to us. Please follow the provided instructions carefully.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will get your money within 3 to 7 working days.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
